That’s why Derick Kopp is passionate about living courageously and guiding type B leaders - those who are reflective, collaborative, and driven by relationships—make real, lasting changes and rethink what’s possible.
He focuses on long-term actions that foster a life of value, worth, significance, and influence. Through coaching, speaking, and training, he leads his clients to not only achieve success, but also develop their leadership skills to live a life that echoes into eternity.

At the core of Derick’s mission is his desire to be a good steward of the life he’s been given. He lives with the hope of hearing Christ say, “Well done, good and faithful servant,” knowing we only have one life to live. At home, Derick is a devoted husband to his wife Katie and a loving father, always striving to set a strong example of discipline, health, and balance for his family.
